Welcome to La Mancha, a home designed with our guests in mind, in the perfect location near restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and public transportation.



Our spacious and comfortable house is located in Anzures, one of the most central and well-connected areas of Mexico City. The property has 5 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 4.5 bathrooms, making it ideal for large families, groups of friends, or business trips seeking space and privacy.



The Space:

This house has been designed to offer spaciousness, functionality, and a modern ambiance, making it an excellent choice for families and large groups. It features well-defined common areas such as a living room, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a laundry area and five bedrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone.



We offer high-speed Wi-Fi, ideal for both vacationers and those who need to work while traveling.



The property is located in a pleasant and well-connected area, surrounded by restaurants and cafes. A diverse range of restaurants and nightlife options are just a short walk away.



IMPORTANT: Two of the rooms and the terrace are on the third floor and are accessed by a narrow spiral staircase; if you need help with your bags, we can coordinate it in advance. :)

For security reasons some bookings will be welcomed in person as we need to be sure the person that books is staying.



Guest Access:

Our guests have full use of all areas of the house, as the space is designed exclusively for their comfort and enjoyment.



All bedrooms will be available during your stay, offering private and inviting spaces where you can relax, unwind, or prepare for the day's activities in peace and quiet, feeling right at home.



Other Things to Note:

**Once the reservation is made, the number of guests or nights cannot be reduced. As well as no date changes.



*In Mexico City, we do not use heaters or air conditioning. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and packing accordingly with clothing that best suits the climate :).



*Mexico City has experienced water cuts in the area. In the event of a possible water shortage, we will remain attentive at all times.



TOWELS: We provide one towel per person per stay. Most of our apartments have washing and drying machines, or are located near a laundry service.



Please note that any towels that get permanently stained or damaged will be charged. To avoid this, you will find special towels labeled “makeup” that you can use freely for makeup removal or other products that might stain.



Security Deposit

For reservations made outside of Airbnb, Vrbo, or our website, we require a valid credit card to hold the security deposit. This hold is not a charge and is automatically released upon checkout, provided no damage or violations occur during the stay.



The process is secure and is carried out through a specialized platform to protect your data. We will send you instructions once your reservation is confirmed.



Interaction with Guests:

Mexico City is full of culture, gastronomy and art! We will give you recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area, as well as in the most visited neighborhoods in the city.



In addition, we will be available for anything our guests need :). Our schedules available online from 9am to 10pm.
