The master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor with panoramic views and plenty of privacy. Double vanity, soaking tub and separate shower.

Located on the main floor, you will find 2 guest bedrooms with queen size beds and access to the large deck. The kitchen is fully stocked and has all of the amenities of home. Plenty of seating for the family meals as this house has a dining room and separate breakfast area . Enjoy your favorite shows in the spacious family room with sofa sectional and large flat screen TV. The family room has a main entry/exit door which has access to the wrap around deck.
The lower level of this house is completely finished and offers a kids room with bunk beds and a trundle bed. There is also a huge master bedroom on the lower level which offers a king size bed and a full shared bathroom on the lower level. Also , a small kitchenette to prepare late night snacks without having to use the main kitchen. Overall , you can`t go wrong choosing this great beach house for your next vacation. Bedroom 4: 1 Twin Bed & 1 Bunk Bed. (Sleeps 3).
2nd Master: 1 King Bed. (Sleeps 2).

Cancellation Policy: 100% (minus $150.00 fee) refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% (minus $150.00 fee) refund up to 30 days before arrival. ***ANY CANCELLATIONS WILL RESULT IN A $150.00 FEE. NO EXCEPTIONS.***

DAMAGE DEPOSIT NOTICE: Please be aware 1 day prior to your check out date, your credit card will post a pending/hold damage deposit of $1,500. If no damage is present after departure, the hold will be lifted 5-7 business days after check out. If damage is present, your credit card hold will be charged accordingly.

*PLEASE NOTE: Guests will be asked to leave the property immediately for the following reasons (any unused rental monies will not be refunded):
*Exceeding maximum occupancy. 11 guests maximum allowed-regardless of age.
*Disruptive behavior.
*Bringing any type of animal into the home.
*Smoking/vaping in or around the home.
*Violating any of the house rules as defined in the rental agreement
