Settle into Belcourt 313, a stylish two-bedroom retreat tucked into the heart of Hillsboro Village — one of Nashville's most walkable pockets and a neighborhood that's long been a favorite of locals, students, and musicians alike. This is the kind of stay where you can roll out of bed, grab coffee at a neighborhood café, and be at brunch before the line at Pancake Pantry even starts to curl around the block.
Inside, the space strikes an easy balance between polished and lived-in. Warm wood accents, curated artwork, and soft, bright interiors give the home a relaxed-but-elevated feel. The open living area is built for winding down after a full Nashville day — stream a movie, pour a glass of something, or regroup with friends before heading back out. The queen sleeper sofa adds flex space for a fifth guest or a kid crashing after a late night.
Both bedrooms come with their own ensuite bath, so couples and friends traveling together can spread out without negotiating over the shower. The primary has a king; the second, a queen. The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from a quick breakfast spread to a late-night snack run after Broadway. In-unit laundry, central heating and AC, and fast Wi-Fi round out the essentials.
Arrivals are easy too — the building has elevator access and paid on-site parking, a real win in a neighborhood where street spots get snapped up fast. Head up to the shared outdoor terrace for a morning coffee, a sunset hang, or a quiet moment between plans.
Step outside and Hillsboro Village is yours to wander. Grab a biscuit at Biscuit Love, duck into the indie bookstores and boutiques along 21st, or catch a film at the historic Belcourt Theatre — the neighborhood's namesake. Vanderbilt and Belmont University are minutes away, Music Row is a quick hop, and downtown Nashville and Broadway's honky-tonks are under 15 minutes by car. Belmont Mansion and Centennial Park (home of the full-scale Parthenon replica) are both nearby for a slower, more scenic afternoon.
Whether you're in town for a concert, a college visit, a long weekend, or a stretch of remote work, Belcourt 313 puts you right where Nashville's quieter charm and its louder energy meet.
While all units provide the same great amenities and overall experience, each space has its own unique layout and décor. Some units include balconies that overlook the terrace, while some include outdoor spaces that lead directly to the terrace. The exact unit you receive may vary slightly from the photos.

There's a reason Nashville, TN has become one of the country's most loved southern cities. With its vibrant nightlife, country music scene, and incredible food, "Nashvegas" is a top destination for people simply looking to have a good time- which means lots of drinking and eating. Visitors flock to Broadway, a street lined with multi-level bars playing live music and serving BBQ. You might get stuck in traffic behind party bikes called Pedal Taverns, but you're more likely to cheer them on than get road rage because having fun is part of the culture in Nashville.
