Designed for easy, relaxed stays, this thoughtfully styled studio blends classic Cape charm with modern comforts—perfect for long beach days, cozy evenings, or a night out on the town.
Centrally located, just steps from the water, library, coffee shops, restaurants, galleries, and all else Ptown has to offer. Parking for 1 vehicle included (2-3 min walk)
The living space has a full-size Murphy bed, bistro dining table, and kitchenette. There is a bathroom with a standup shower. AC window unit.
High-speed WiFi powers the FrameTV and Sonos sound system, as well any devices you bring along.
Property includes a large beachfront, communal deck with direct water access and a separate communal outdoor seating area. In addition, a gas grill and bike racks are available for use.
