Beautiful home close to everything...beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. The home was clean, very well maintained, and perfect for our family of 7. The bunk bedroom and golf cart made it especially fun for the kids. We will be back!

Exceeded our expectations. A short 1 minute golf cart ride to the beach with ample parking for carts. The home comfortably accommodated the 10 of us COMFORTABLY and well-suited for entertaining 5 additional guests for family dinners. The Lake view was a great place to unwind after fun days at the beach, which is probably how the property got its name. We would definitely return.

Great location. Clean & comfortable rooms. Beautiful decor, BUT we had issues with wifi, dishwasher & insinkerator which started smoking & wouldn’t work. We contacted benchmark management but got no resolution to these issues causing unnecessary stress & inconvenience.
