This house was perfect for our needs! Perfect. We had a three year old, a couple of tweens, older teens, us older folks and my 87 yr old parents came to visit for a day. There is plenty of room to spread out to where even a large group didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. The games in the yard were awesome, especially for the younger kids. The teenage boys had a great time playing mini hoop, the younger kids played pickle ball, the three yr old LOVED the putting greens and even tried his hand at pickle ball. The pool is beautiful! The entire house is. Josh was very responsive and addressed any and all questions/concerns that we had almost immediately. The location was perfect. We were only 10 minutes from Manatee Beach, except on Saturday. Skip a Saturday beach day if you don’t want to fight traffic and just enjoy this amazing home! We would definitely stay here again!
