Enjoy a beautiful private 60’ sandy beach with dock, mooring (up to 25’ boat) and water toys (kayaks, paddle boards and rowing dinghy). Take in water views from the beach, 8’x10’ dock sitting area, open concept main living room/kitchen or waterfront covered porch. The beach offers plenty of sitting and lounge chairs and a stone fire pit with plenty of wood for your campfires. Inside the house offers a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of comfortable seating. There is high speed WiFi inside and outside and a 45” TV with Firestick and YouTube TV. There is a garage stall available to store anything that you bring. Centrally located to enjoy a variety activities. There are great hikes with scenic views within a 20-45 minute drive. Beautiful ocean beaches are just a 40 minute drive. Downtown Portland is a 45 minute drive.

Amazing property!! Love the beach, dock and mooring. Kids loved playing on the beach, paddle boarding, kayaking and swimming. This house has everything you need provided for you. Great fishing right on the dock. We brought a boat and tied up on the dock and the mooring, both very easy. Would recommend this to any family with kids or couple looking to enjoy Sebago Lake on a nice sandy beach! Plenty of parking and privacy.
