Very convenient location, withing walking distance of a few bars and places for food. Has a good amount of parking out front. The place is clean and well kept. It has anything youll need from pots and pans to cook meals with, towels, soap, and more. Mitch was a great host, very responsive and he made check in easy. Would recommend to stay.

Older property but very clean. Suggested cleaning team use lower fragrance products, but I'm very sensitive to fragrance so if you are not, it's not a concern. There is a lot of carpet and I prefer hard surface floors for cleaning ease, but the carpet seemed clean. I would have loved more stainless steel cookware, as I don't use non-stick cookware. I wanted to cook food for my reunion but limited cookware, bought food instead. For people traveling in by air such as myself, it would be nice to have more options in the kitchen due to limited ability to transport food items. Two bedroom, one bath house with one window air conditioner in living room and a fan. The weather was cool so no problem but in hot weather this could be a concern. Very quick communication from host. I would consider staying again but would request neutral fragrance use in the property.
