Room was very outdated and dirty. Had to clean before we brought anything in. The property had construction and noise everywhere. Stated had indoor heated pool and they didn’t. Woke up to no water on first morning!

Beautiful views. Host provided minimal home necessities which were the perfect amount for our 5 day trip. Pros: The VIEW. Perfect beach panorama from the room. AC worked very well and kept us cool. We enjoyed the setup and had enough room for cooking and eating meals. Cons: bed frame was broken and squeaky, iron had exposed cords, bathroom closet door was broken, ice maker didn’t work, oven stickers were gone so it took a minute to figure out which knob controlled which eye. Lastly, the AC units blow heat exhaust out right at the door. Due to the location of the room, this heat holds in and makes it difficult to breathe while entering the code to get in. A temporary inconvenience but in the heat of Summer- this could be brutal.

We just spent 5 days in this unit. It would be good to know ahead of time that check-in is not the typical digital check-in. You actually check in at the front desk and don’t get the access key until then. The unit was clean but outdated. If that is important to you, this may not be the unit for you. We’ll take clean over updated any day, so we didn’t mind and the view of the gulf is wonderful. The balcony is 100% shaded which is a nice break from the intense sun. The kitchen has basic essentials. Enough to do your own cooking if you wish. Literally no items left behind by others, no salt, no pepper, no paper products , nothing, so you have to bring your own. This goes for a hair dryer as well. Washer and dryer is not in the unit itself, it’s a common area, but easy enough to use. We didn’t not hear any noise at night and the ac worked great!

Great view of the water. Make sure to go inside to get your door code at check in from the front desk. If you want a front row umbrella and chair rental at the beach, call ahead they book up fast.
