The condo is conveniently located next door to the new Limelight Resort that is located across from the village gondola. The condo unit is directly across from the spa and recreation center which includes a spa, sauna and laundry. You will not find a more convenient small unit with regards to walking to gondola, spa and sauna. Riding to the lakes in the summer is right out front including the trolly stop if you do not wish to pedal up. Descending to the condo from the lakes basin in the summer is a blast and a breeze at any time of day, and extremely beautiful at sunset along Lake Mary Rd with the view across Long Valley to the White Mountains. The close vicinity to the trolly stop and the gondola will make this experience extremely effortless and comfortable compared to other options.

The location provides an ability to stop by during a stay any time of the year for a quick rest or even a quick lunch on the busiest of ski weekends with private parking and public transit out front of the complex.

The unit easily sleeps 4. It includes a pellet stove for easy operation and quick heat for the quaint unit. It seems effortless to come back on a cold day and warm up quickly. During the shoulder seasons or on warm summer days after fishing and/or riding the orientation of the front door and back porch produces a cross breeze that is unique and refreshing. This small 1 bedroom unit has immense natural light available if desired. You will enjoy a quick 10 second walk across to the spa and sauna after a long ski day or for a late-night summer star gazing. The kitchen includes all the comforts of home while visiting on a vacation whether eating-in or cooking fresh on-site

The unit includes a front porch ski locker and an on-site manger available for any assistance if needed. This unit has a unique location for value and vicinity that is unmatched. The ability to walk through the woods behind the complex to enjoy concerts from right above the stage and still in front of the stage, to fireworks behind the complex on the 4th of July has made great memories for our family for over a decade.
