This gem is your perfect home base close to all of the local shops and eateries.

1st bedroom - king size bed and smart TV
2nd bedroom - queen size bed and smart TV.
3rd bedroom - bunk beds with twin on top and full on bottom

Newly remodeled bathroom is equipped with all of the essentials.

Guests have access to everything but the basement.

We want to keep check out instructions simple and the fee as low as possible, so we kindly ask that you leave the home as clean as you found it.

Smoking is prohibited. If it is determined that someone smoked in the house or within 25ft of the front or back door, a $250 charge will be applied.

Please do not move furniture. The cleaner charges extra for this and it will be passed on to the guest.

No additional guests allowed without approval from host.

One dog is allowed with prior approval and fee. (See pet policy below.)

Cars must be parked in the driveway.

Please use the back door when leaving the house during your stay. This is where the smart lock is located, and is closest to the driveways. The front door will not have a key, so should remain locked when you are away.

Feel free to choose either the air conditioning or the windows to cool the house, not both.

The basement will not be accessible.

If something is left at the house and needs to be shipped to the guest, we will get a quote from UPS and charge a $100 fee. Total must be paid before the item is shipped back.

Outdoor cameras will be in use.

Double check the number of guests in your reservation to make sure it is accurate.

Pet policy: One dog is allowed and subject to a fee. Make sure that you selected a pet is coming with you when you book your stay and the fee will be added to your total. Please remember to pick up after your pet in the yard and crate them when you are away. Please no dogs on the furniture or beds. The guest will be responsible for any damages.
