I'm a very honest person who runs manages my own unit. There's no 3rd party person between my guests and myself. I'm very meticulous when it comes to preparing my condo for guests visiting my hometown of Nashville. I am also a real estate agent and I searched for 2.5 years for a Short Term Rental before I found one I thought was a perfect fit for myself and guests. This place has everything guests need for their stay.
Why they chose this property
This unit is in the center portion of a condominium complex. The condo is two doors from a small chocolate shop and 3 doors from a coffee shop. Guests like the outdoor seating in front and out back. It is about a 15 minute walk to the Fairgrounds, Nashville Speedway, and the Geodis Park Soccer Stadium. It's about 3 miles to downtown and people normally take a 5 minute uber ride to downtown so they can avoid parking headaches and fees.
