Step inside to enjoy a modern, updated kitchen with all the amenities of home! new flooring throughout the condo & fully equipped with everything you need—from a coffee maker, blender, toaster, Slow Cooker, Air Fryer to dishes, all kinds of utensils,Bullet blender,& Keurig Coffee Maker.

The condo also includes a small front load washer and dryer in-unit, plus access to coin laundry in the neighboring building for larger bulky items.

Monthly rentals are required per HOA guidelines; however, shorter stays may be considered upon request, with 30 day or longer rentals preferred. Discounted rates will be offered for 30 plus day rentals.
