CHECK-IN AFTER 4:00 PM – Plan to arrive after the designated check-in time.
CHECKOUT BEFORE 10:00 AM – Please vacate the property by checkout time.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 14 GUESTS – No more than 14 people allowed on the property.
NO PETS – Pets are not permitted.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS – Keep gatherings private and low-key.
NO SMOKING – Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
📝 OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
GUEST COMMUNICATION & AGE REQUIREMENT
Clear communication ensures a smooth stay. Reservation must be made by a guest 25 or older, who must be present for the entire stay.
RENTAL AGREEMENT, ID & SECURITY DEPOSIT
A signed renter agreement and government-issued ID are required within 48 hours of booking. A $500 refundable security deposit is also required.
PETS
No pets allowed to accommodate guests with allergies.
HOT TUB & POOL
Please shower before use. No salts, bath bombs, bubbles, or glassware. Pool heating is available for $60/day. Violating guidelines may incur a $500 maintenance fee.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING
Smoking or vaping inside or on patios is strictly prohibited; violations may result in fees, odor removal charges, and immediate termination of stay.
NO PARTIES OR EXTRA GUESTS
Parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are 9:00 PM–8:00 AM. Maximum occupancy must match the reservation. Extra vehicles or loud noise may result in eviction.
CAMERAS
Two security cameras are on property: a front-door Ring doorbell and a driveway Ring floodlight. No other cameras are present.
SECURITY & RESPONSIBILITY
The booking guest must provide the card used for reservation and remain on-site throughout the stay to ensure safety and policy compliance.
