Kindly note, our lawn maintenance occurs on the first of the month and trash pickup take place every other Tuesday. This is part of our regular service schedule.

Situated a mere 5-minute drive from downtown Temple and adjacent to an amazing Water Park and walking trail, it promises endless enjoyment. Our rooms boast distinctive features, including a dedicated game room. Surrounded by tranquil surroundings, the neighborhood offers a genuine oasis of peace and quiet.

Guests have access to all spaces except the garage.

By Reserving This Property, You Agree to the Following Terms:

1. Liability Waiver: You acknowledge that the hosts/owners are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that occur on or around the property during your stay.

2. No Parties or Events: This is a peaceful, family-friendly home. Hosting parties, events, or large gatherings is strictly prohibited.

3. No Smoking: Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, marijuana, or vaping) is not allowed inside the home. Smoking is permitted only outside at least 10 feet from the home and all windows and doors must be shut

4. No Unauthorized Guests: Only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property unless prior written approval is granted by the host.

5. Respect Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise levels during this time out of respect for neighbors.

6. Pet Policy: No unauthorized pets unless previously agreed upon.

7. Clean-Up: Guests are expected to leave the home in a tidy condition, including removing trash, cleaning dishes used, and turning off lights and appliances before checkout.

8. Damage Responsibility: You agree to report any damages immediately and understand that you may be held financially responsible for the cost of repairs or replacements caused by negligence or misuse.

9. Wi-Fi & Connectivity: Our Wi-Fi must remain plugged in at all times. Unplugging or tampering with the router is strictly prohibited. If the Wi-Fi is intentionally disconnected, we reserve the right to immediately cancel your reservation without a refund.

11. Check-In/Check-Out Policy: Guests must follow the designated check-in and check-out times unless prior arrangements are approved.
