Fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment in Sullivan

We'd love to have you! Our apartment is conveniently located close to downtown Sullivan, just 20 minutes from Arthur, and about 10 minutes from Lake Shelbyville.
You will have access to the entire apartment and convenient parking spaces. One bedroom is furnished with a king bed and the other bedroom has a queen bed. Each bedroom has large, spacious closets. Relax in the living room with your favorite show or enjoy the full kitchen. You will have access to a washer and dryer.
This apartment is on the third floor. You will have access via the key in the lock box on the apartment door. Arrive at your convenience with no hassle. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

We were extremely pleased with this VRBO. It's location was perfect since we were seeing our son perform at The Little Theater on The Square. We highly recommend this option for anyone who is visiting Sullivan.

Julie the host was quick to respond and an excellent communicator. I had difficulty with the lock but there was an easy workaround that did not delay my entry. Unit has an exterior entry to a shared hallway and wide stairs to 3rd floor. It is a 6 unit building (plus 6 more on the opposite side) and I only saw one person during a 4 night stay. Very clean with all little things that I can possibly think of to be helpful, including coffee! Attractive decor. Full length mirror in bedroom. Plenty of closet space with hangers. It was very quiet during my stay except on two mornings I was awakened extra early by train passing through and by garbage pick up on Monday morning. It's an extremely short walk to the downtown Square and a block to a nice church. A very nice large grocery store is a short distance away.

Overall, the apartment was clean and exactly as listed. Our only complaint would be the smoke smell inside and outside the apartment. However, we understand that is not something the host can control. Thank you for providing a clean place for us to stay at for our trip!
