☆"Manu and Anna are great, respond very quickly, and the apartment is very clean."
Your 35 m² apartment is bright and modernly furnished. Whether you’re in town for business or exploring Augsburg on your own, you’ll find everything you need here.
Look forward to the amazing view from the 29th floor—it’s truly worth it.
The kitchenette is brand-new, fully equipped, and, in addition to a selection of different teas, has everything you need to prepare fresh meals. A kettle, toaster, olive oil, and spices are also at your disposal.
A comfortable box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) offers plenty of space for two people and guarantees a good night’s sleep. A stylish and truly comfortable fold-out couch (1.20 x 2.00 m) invites you to relax.
Our 40-inch SMART TV lets you easily access your apps, and you decide for yourself what to watch in the evening. You can comfortably watch your favourite series on Netflix, which is, of course, free for you.
The warm lighting and real plants also help you feel right at home. The dining table facing the window gives you plenty of space to enjoy your meal and let your gaze wander into the distance.
Your clean bathroom has a bathtub and a shower. We’ll have fresh towels ready for you in a basket. A hair dryer is also provided for your use.
From the balcony, you have a direct view of the adjacent Wittelsbacher Park; you’re right next to the Congress Hall for evening events, and the city centre and main train station are within walking distance.
The building also has a laundry room with washing machines and dryers, which can be used for a small fee.
