Nous sommes désolés que votre séjour n'ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes.
Votre avis est très important pour nous et si la propriété ne répond pas à vos critères de propreté, votre hôte, Alicia, est toujours disponible pour être contactée. Il est très important de la contacter immédiatement, car cela lui permet de tout vérifier immédiatement pendant votre séjour. La maison est nettoyée après chaque réservation, et l'agence peut être rappelée sur demande si nécessaire.
Les toilettes et la douche ont été vérifiées et fonctionnent correctement.
La cuisine est équipée des éléments essentiels pour les vacances. Si vous trouvez qu'il manque quelque chose, Alicia vous fournira des articles supplémentaires si nécessaire.
Alicia nous dit également que bien que votre réservation n'était que pour 2 adultes, vous êtes venu avec un 3e invité, et lorsque l'on vous a demandé de modifier votre réservation via la plateforme de réservation, vous avez refusé.
