Welcome to this charming, newly furnished 4-bedroom home in Charlotte’s sought-after SouthPark area. Ideally located near SouthPark shopping and dining and just a short drive from Quail Hollow Club, this spacious retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort, function, and convenience.

Designed with both relaxation and practicality in mind, the home features two separate living areas with TVs, a private office, and a beautiful glass-enclosed porch. Whether you’re visiting for work, family time, or a longer stay, there is plenty of space to spread out and feel at home. The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast nook, and the dining room seats up to 8 by using the breakfast chairs.

The bright, enclosed porch is a favorite spot to enjoy morning coffee, read a book, or simply unwind while taking in the peaceful outdoor views. The large private office, filled with natural light, provides a quiet setting for remote work or calls.

Upstairs, you’ll find four cozy bedrooms with premium mattresses, cotton bedding, and extra pillows. Each room includes a closet and either a dresser or chest of drawers for convenient clothing storage. The primary suite offers an ensuite bathroom with a shower, while the hall bathroom includes generous counter space and a shower/tub combination. Why they chose this property

We love the quiet neighborhood and its landscape. The neighbors are friendly, the scenery is beautiful, and it’s so peaceful here. Families of deer can even be seen in the front yard at times. We love taking walks on the greenway which has an entry just down the street from our home.

The proximity to SouthPark, the airport, South End and Uptown are also a reason we love this home.

I love the spaciousness of this property with 2 living areas and a glass-enclosed porch, where we enjoy having coffee or an afternoon nap.
