This home was very close to all theme parks. We usually visit them all and I found this home in a great location for that. It was clean and if you’re like me you want to know, there weren’t any roaches or ants. Beds were very comfortable and had what we needed. The pool was clean and had a great view. I would stay again and recommend this home.

Checked in on Friday. Grass was very high and cut on Sunday morning leaving grass on vehicles. Tub on second floor clogged when showering. None of TV worked in bedrooms and the one in living room has speaker issues. Most remotes missing batteries. Communication was great and value for the money was good.

We were definitely dissatisfied with this rental. All the photos in the listing were old and need to be updated. The house is definitely in need of some repairs and updating. When we pulled into the property, the first thing we noticed was how overgrown the lawn was, and stayed that way our entire stay. The house was kind of dirty in general and linens were dirty as well. Multiple stains and other peoples hairs on pillow cases, etc. A few towels were available but only 2 wash cloths, so we had to go out and purchase some more. The pool was okay, not heated though. The most irritating part were the ants. They ruined like 100 worth of pizza on our first night. All the boxes were set closed on the stove side counters for less than 30 minutes and when we got to opening them, ants were swarmed all over every pizza, breadstick and wing. They were coming out in droves from an outlet above the counter and in between the stove and refrigerator. Anyway, not worth the cost and wish I had picked a different spot.

Mooi huis op prima locatie. Eigenaar lijkt bezig met renovatie. Onderdelen goed, maar zeker nog niet af. Bv lamellen stuk, lampen kapot, batterijen van bv afstandsbediening en brandmelders leeg. Zwembad prima, maar niet verwarmd. Op zonnige dagen warmt deze wel wat op. Onderhoud zwembad slecht. Slechts één keer schoongemaakt tijdens ons verblijf van 2,5 week en dan ook nog op verzoek. Hordeuren werkten slecht. Monteur is wel langs geweest, maar niet meer zoals beloofd met gerepareerde deuren teruggekeerd. Host reageert over het algemeen snel en vriendelijk. Opvolging van issues kan wel beter. Faciliteiten zoals toiletpapier, keukendoeken, schoonmaakspullen schaars en niet aangevuld ondanks toezegging host.Geen parasol aanwezig terwijl dit gezien de ligging absoluut een must is op zonnige dagen. Tuinmeubilair is gedateerd en incompleet. Kussens vergaan. Slechts één ligbed aanwezig. Allemaal stuk voor stuk kleine dingen, maar toch een gemis. Desalniettemin hebben we wel genoten van ons verblijf. Met name door de royale ruimte en de ligging. In de buurt van alle attracties en bezienswaardigheden. Winkels en restaurants dichtbij. Ligging in woonwijk.... wel kunnen vreemden achterom langs komen naar het meertje. Geeft wat minder privacy.Uitzicht op het meertje geweldige bonus. Ganzen, woodstork, eekhoorntjes, zelfs een slang! Leuk!
