Suzanne was very accommodating an and excellent host. She even left me a gift wine bottle to enjoy and made us feel welcomed. Even when I mentioned some noise I could hear above us, she volunteered to address it somehow in the future, although it was NOT a major bother. I could tell she was trying to be sensitive to our needs. We were quite comfortable in the unit with all amenities we needed. She even provided Oregon brand ground coffee for our use which was excellent and a nice personal touch. Our interactions were always honest, open and pleasant. She even made an adjustment for me when I had to leave a couple days earlier, although that was NOT required. Awesome customer service! Oh, the Peleton was a nice touch as a “gym” amenity in a small space. This neighborhood was a big plus, near to everything with interesting architecture and charming yards that made walks pleasant. There were many accessible restaurants and shops in walking distance that kept us busy and entertained. I’d go back there again in a heartbeat.
