Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
NO glass at the lake it is the law. Please pick up your trash.
If something breaks please mark it with red caution tape found in the garage. Things will break.

Everything about our rental was amazing.The description and photos are a good representation of what this place has to offer plus more.The house was well themed with eye candy while the layout of the house and balcony accommodates large gatherings while offering privacy for those needing some quiet time.We have stayed at several rentals over the years and were impressed with how well stocked the rental was. It has everything you need for a great family or friend getaway. Just about anything inside or outside you can think of to have a wonderful and memorable experience.The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware to prepare meals and feed everyone. The refrigerator is a good size to store food and beverages for large groups. There were plenty of board games and other inside activities to entertain everyone not interested in fishing or playing on the lake. The small community was very generous and friendly. Greg was awesome. He allowed my family to use his boat dock for our lake activities while using the equipment provided at the house.Our visit happened to be the fourth of July weekend and a group of the neighbors put on a spectacular fireworks show that lasted about hour. Some of us watched the show from the comfort of the balcony while the rest watched down by the water.Cleanup was a breeze with the dishwasher and oversized washer and dryer.We hated to leave this little paradise on Beaver Lake.

It was a pleasure hosting this guest. Communication was excellent from booking through checkout. They treated our home with respect, followed all house rules, and left everything clean and in great condition. We would gladly welcome them back anytime and highly recommend them to other hosts.
