From bedrooms 1 and 3, you can access two additional rooms on the loft, which are not separated by a door. Next to the main house is a separate cottage that is very charming and rustic. It consists of a ground floor featuring a rustic-style tavern where you can socialise and prepare your favourite specialities on the grill. On the upper floor, with a separate, external entrance, there is an apartment with bedroom No. 5. It features a bathroom, kitchen, and living room—ideal for two people who wish to be separate from other guests. The living room also features a sleeper sofa. Refresh and relax in the pool, which features 4 massage jets in one section. The water temperature in the pool remains pleasantly warm at around 28–32°C both before and after the peak season. Biking and hiking trails are located in the immediate vicinity. You can reach the sea very quickly by car. In the small harbour, there is a beach that has been awarded a Blue Flag due to the exceptional clarity of the sea. There are also many facilities for children and adults, such as volleyball, football, badminton, a water slide, and more… If you take the seaside promenade from Ičići to Opatija, you’ll discover the gems of the Opatija Riviera along a 12-kilometer stretch. Enjoy jogging or hiking, and take a break to savour local coastal specialities.
