This property is extremely well designed to make optimal use of a relatively small space. It was spotlessly clean and well kept. We enjoyed all of the amenities, plus patio seating (breakfast!) and easy access to the beach. Getting into Provincetown is so easy using the free shuttle, practically outside the door. John is a great host--very responsive, friendly and happy to answer questions any time. Highly recommend!

Such a beautiful spot! Property had everything we needed. John is a wonderful host. He went above and beyond. There was milk 1/2 1/2 a bottle of wine and chocolates waiting for us when we arrived and even had an espresso machine with pods. Room was beautiful, clean and steps to the free beach. Definitely re booking.

Great place and very nice furnishings. Best part for me is the outdoor lounge sofas to relax at night and look at the stars, and quiet. Also has a sitting area in the front to avoid the sun in the afternoon. Plus you can use a pool that is on site.

This was a wonderful studio apartment with a delightful deck. Just steps from a private beach on Cape Cod Bay, we were delighted at the quiet setting that was still a quick drive or bike ride to the center of Provincetown. John the host was extremely friendly and helpful. This beach place was thoroughly up to date with new bathroom, small kitchen area, and bedroom. We would certainly stay here again.
