This property is great! Perfect for my family plus a few friends. Plenty of street parking. Very safe area. The house had everything fully stocked. Perfect stay!

The photos do not do the property justice. It’s gorgeous. We traveled with 6 adults, two young children and two dogs. The backyard was perfect for our dogs and for us to hang out during the evening. The front porch and balcony were under construction during our stay but it was not an inconvenience to us. Communication with Kate was timely. We enjoyed stay immensely! We’ll be back as St. Louis is the halfway point for our families to meet.

Great stay— nice house, very modern and well decorated. Very comfortable and inviting.Hosts know how to make you feel welcome there.A lot of beds and bedrooms, which was really great. The mattresses and pillows were phenomenal—VERY comfortable, (which is very rare in the many places where we stay).Location was great. Close to everything. Close to the city. Felt like a safe neighborhood. Enjoyed a walk in the neighborhood and in a park nearby. We loved the backyard. It was clean, uncluttered, flat, and had a really nice ambience with outdoor twinkle lights.There were a lot of blankets, which made it very comfortable, and nice to have options for those who sleep hot and those who sleep cold. Loved the options. We thought the hand soap, dish soap, shampoo and conditioner available was thoughtful. In the kitchen, there were a few snacks and water bottles left for us. Really felt next level for a VRBO stay. 5 stars definitely.

This place was amazing, along with the host who got us in on a last minute work trip. The place was clean, cozy and in a good neighborhood! We will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend.
