Updated 2-bedroom plus loft condo in lovely Bethany Beach

Consider this condo your home away from home while you visit Bethany Beach. This superb space features two comfortable bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and two bathrooms. Guests can also use the four twin beds inn the loft space—perfect for extra company. Sea Colony has much to offer including 10 outdoor pools, 2 indoor pools, a tram in the summertime, tennis and pickleball courts, 2 fitness centers, splash parks, and a private beach. The town of Bethany is less than 1 mile from Sea Colony and has a boardwalk, restaurants and mini golf. There is a small shopping area .5 miles form the condo with restaurants, a candy store, bike rentals, etc. In the summer, Sea Colony has nightly activities including bingo, live music, movies on the beach and a bonfire with a DJ. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying a quiet morning inside, this excellent condo provides a welcoming atmosphere. We’ll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. Sea Colony does require the purchase of amenity passes which are not included in the rental price. Parking passes are available for for free up to 2 vehicles.
