The house was not clean on arrival. All the beds were dirty and unmade, and there were dirty towels in every bathroom. We got in touch with the host who is able to get the cleaners to come out but they had to drive an hour to get there, we were unable to actually get in the home and relax until 10 PM or so, check-in was 4 PM so we lost a lot of time and we’re not reimbursed for our time. They offered us 15% off our next stay but we only come once a year for a golf tournament so that did not sound appealing.
