Lieber Gast, vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Es tut uns leid, dass Ihr Aufenthalt nicht ganz Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat. Unser Haus wird vor jeder Anreise gründlich gereinigt. Nach Ihrer Rückmeldung wollten wir sofort ein Reinigungsteam vorbeischicken, was jedoch leider von Ihnen abgelehnt wurde. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gepflegt, war in Ihrem Fall jedoch durch starken Regen kurzfristig verschmutzt. Ein kurzer Anruf hätte genügt, und unser Team wäre umgehend gekommen, um das zu beheben. Die Fugen in den Duschen sind bereits in Arbeit und werden zeitnah erneuert. Leider verfärben sich die Fugen durch die dauerhafte Feuchtigkeit schnell, auch wenn sie regelmäßig gereinigt werden. Unser Team vor Ort ist stets bemüht, auf alle Wünsche und Anliegen unserer Gäste einzugehen – in der Regel noch am selben Tag. Mit freundlichen Grüßen --- Möchtest du, dass ich die Formulierung noch etwas wärmer und gastfreundlicher mache (z. B. für Airbnb oder Booking)?

Gut. - Kein Gasgrill- Der Holzgrill ist nicht gut und macht viel Dreck. Es gibt keine geeignete Stelle für den Grill. Bei Benutzung riskiert man den Boden zu verdrecken.- Zu wenig Küchenhandtücher (2 für eine Woche)

Mooi groot net huis met alle gemakken

Mooi huis ! Grote ruimtes , ideaal voor 2 gezinnen . Hoop Duitsers in de buurt Enigste minpunt: douche ( cabines ) zijn niet waterdicht Man en vrouw die de sleutel overhandigen ook erg aardig! Kortom een geweldig Verblijf gehad !

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut ein tolles Haus sauber und sehr freundlich. Einzige Kritikpunkt das weder vor dem Eingang noch bei der Terrasse es eine Überdachung gab um bei schlechtem Wetter draußen zu sitzen .
