Unit incorporates a multitude of desirable features, such as Open Floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, accommodating Breakfast Bar, 65" TV in the living room and a 45" TV in the bedroom. Walk-In Shower, Bar Height furniture and a Glider chair, to view the spectacular sunsets, and enjoy Front Row seats to the weekly Summertime fireworks over the East Pass channel, from the oversize balcony.
Additionally, what makes this unit the "One" is that it incorporates a private sliding glass door onto the balcony from the bedroom, which has a unique 1/2 Bath tucked away. A "Cozy" branded, Top of the Line sleeper sofa with a comfortable extra thick mattress and Full-Size stacked washer and dryer, vented to the outdoors to ensure your comfort. Enjoyment Awaits!!!

***Jetty East is currently undergoing center stairwell replacement that could go until June 15th. Elevators and two additional stairwells are available along with a temporary center stairwell while the work is being completed. Work should not impact access to beach or units. Any noise, if not minimal, will not be a constant and is only permitted Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Please message host for more details if needed.***
