Cozy family friendly 2-bed/2 bath home with neighborhood Rainbow River access

We are excited to welcome our first guests to our vacation home! We invite you to stay comfortably in Dunnellon near the beautiful Rainbow River. Located in the Rio Vista subdivision with community river access, this property is perfect for family or friend groups.
The house features a master bedroom with a queen bed and private bath. The second bedroom has a twin over queen loft bed. The living room offers an additional sleeping space with a pull out sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials for cooking in and the dining room set up for family meal or game time. The large yard and attached tiki style “pirate porch” offer plenty of space to unwind after a day of adventure or enjoying quiet mornings.
There is also space and electrical hook up for RV and parking for your boat.
This property is a comfortable and affordable home base for spending time on the Rainbow or Withlacoochee rivers and just a short drive from the west coast of Florida and all the equestrian facilities in Ocala.

We had an amazing stay at this house! Everything was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, especially for visiting Rainbow Springs. It was peaceful, relaxing, and had everything we needed for a great trip. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the whole experience easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Property was very clean and organized to find things easily. Especially nice that cabinets were labeled. Very spacious for a 2 bedroom two bath. Great location. Big plus for pet friendly. Would absolutely bring my family here in the future.

We are super excited to now have a place of our own so close to this amazing spring fed river. We are new to hosting and are excited to be able to share our vacation home. We hope you will find it as comfortable as it is convenient to all the area has to offer.

We grew up visiting the Rainbow River - swimming, tubing, boating fishing etc. Its beauty is amazing.
Rio Vista offer river access and boat ramp at the private neighborhood park. As our guest you will have access to use this facility

What makes this property unique

We are striving to make our place comfortable, fun and affordable. The neighborhood offers rivers access and there is room to bring your boat or RV with electrical plug in. Also there’s a Pirate porch!!
