Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

All doors locked and garage closed. Keys placed in lock box after house has been secured.

Place all bed sheets and towels on floor of room.

Air mattress if used to be deflated and folded. Place in bedroom closet.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
