Each bedroom has its own TV and DVD player. There is a Xbox game system on the 4th floor bedroom. Outside in the utility closet there are boogie boards, beach chairs and bag coolers to use. Everything is provided for your stay to include linens, towels, and dishes. Parking is limited to four vehicles. If additional parking may be needed please contact host for additional arrangements. Guests have access to the entire townhouse on the left side of the building and the rooftop terrace!

We had a wonderful stay at Sunrise at CB! The home was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and in a great location. We loved being so close to the beach and really enjoyed our time in Carolina Beach.Amanda was a wonderful host; very responsive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. This was our first time staying in Carolina Beach, as we usually visit Wrightsville Beach, and we had such a great experience that we definitely plan to come back. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Amanda’s home to anyone visiting the area. Five stars!

My husband and I met while we were both in the military, and having seen different parts of the world, Carolina Beach holds a special place in our hearts. We love enjoying the beach, kayaking, walking our dog and traveling! We love being able to share our beach home with others to enjoy!

Sunrise at CB sits five blocks to the beach, a short bike ride to neighborhood restaurants, the Island Greenway is only two blocks away, and everyone is friendly and respectful of each other in our little neighborhood!

What makes this property unique

What makes Sunrise stand out is simple: it’s designed for groups to actually enjoy being together—without feeling on top of each other.
With 7 bedrooms spread across four levels, there’s space for multiple families, couples, and kids to all have their own zones while still coming together in the main living area. That balance is hard to find.
The location is another big win. You’re just a short, easy walk to beach access #3, and minutes from the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, restaurants, shops, and the aquarium—so guests can park and relax instead of constantly driving.
The rooftop deck is what guests remember most. It offers sweeping ocean views and a front-row seat to sunrise, with the sound of waves in the background. It’s where mornings start and evenings wind down.
