The bright and open living room offers comfortable seating and a Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.

This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood.

• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 6 AM
• Please be respectful of neighbors
• Noise beyond the property line may violate the City Sound Ordinance

Pool Use

• Children must always be supervised
• No glass near the pool (plastic cups provided)
• A pool and spa alarm is installed (instructions in the welcome binder)
• Pool heating available for $30/day

Pool and Yard Maintenance

• Pool service occurs Friday mornings around 8 AM
• Please wait 2–3 hours after cleaning before swimming
• Yard maintenance is also done every other Friday

• Please rinse off sand using the outdoor hose before entering
• Use striped towels for beach and pool
