Tranquil 5-bedroom house in charming Castine, Maine, perfect for families
Stay comfortably in Castine village at this 5-bedroom house with views of the Bagaduce River and Castine Harbor. With two queen beds, two double beds and four twin beds, there’s plenty of space for everyone. The dining room table seats 10. The house features two full baths, each equipped with shower and bathtub, a half bath in the laundry, and a shower bathroom in the detached “annex.” Natural light and fresh air fill the rooms, creating a fabulous atmosphere throughout the home. From the porch you can watch sailboats in the mooring field and schooners passing by. The Castine Yacht Club and its junior sailing school is down the hill one block away. It is only a short walk to the historic town hall, town commons, town dock, Maine Maritime Academy waterfront, pubs, marina, inns and restaurants.
