Guest Access:

Detailed check-in instructions will be provided ahead of your stay to ensure a smooth arrival process. There are 4 parking spots total on the premises. Each guest must grab a parking slip from their room and place it on the vehicle’s front dashboard to avoid towing.

Please note: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM, allowing our team ample time to prepare for the next guests. We do not allow smoking or pets. There is a doorbell camera that records when triggered by motion.

Guest approval is not required for necessary property access, and no refund, credit, discount, or other compensation will be provided due to Coolbnbs, the owner, or approved service providers entering the property during a stay.
