This property listed as a modern home although the interior finishes were up to date the home itself wasn't. You should probably show more photos of the exterior of the home and let the people renting it decide if it's modern.

This was my first experience using Vrbo, and while the host I trusted failed to provide the support and communication I needed, Vrbo’s customer service was exceptional. The Vrbo Care team stepped in when the host did not and worked to assist me through a very difficult situation. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to helping customers made all the difference.

Don't let the outside of the property dissuade you from renting. The house itself was clean. The kitchen was spacious and beautiful. The refrigerator was clean and quite large! And they provided K-cups for the Keurig. The beds were very comfortable, as were the couches and chair in the living room. Although we didn't need to use it because we only stayed two nights, there's a washer and dryer available for use with complimentary detergent pods. Very pleased!
