The country house Lucente is located in Roccastrada and impresses guests with its view of the mountain. It is a typical Tuscan farmhouse located halfway between Siena and Grosseto in the municipality of Roccastrada, renovated in 2016. All flats are part of a single house with large open spaces very close to places of great historical interest, landscape and food and wine.

The 70 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people.

Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV. Firewood for the fireplace is provided.

A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a covered terrace.

The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a pool, a garden and an outdoor shower. The swimming pool is open from April 1st til September 30th. In the communal garden area there is a stone-built barbecue for the use of all the guests of the entire property.

The property consists of 27 hectares. Immaculate woodland and rows of vineyards and olive groves are the natural setting, producing an excellent wine and olive oil. There are hiking trails for you to enjoy.
