Booked it, never heard from host. I cancelled day-of with no contact or check in details from host. VRBO was not helpful and wasted my time.

Elaine- We are SO sorry for this. We did not know that our listing was live and that it had been booked. We have been on Airbnb for years and were learning verb but we are ready to go now and would love to re-connect with you and make this right. Please message any time so we can discuss. Thank you so much, Caitlin
