This charming 1/1 apartment in Old Town Tallahassee is walking distance to TMH Hospital, steps from Leon High School, and just minutes from FSU and downtown. Home has a separate entrance from the main house and its own parking in the carport.

This home is professionally managed by Rent With Integrity. We will provide you with contact information for any needs that arise. We ask all of our guests to complete a pre-arrival form and sign a rental contract after booking. You will be sent a link to complete each of these quick items after booking.


As one of Tallahassee’s surviving downtown and historic neighborhoods, Old Town owes much of its charm and character to the remaining original homes from the 1930’s and 1940’s. Without these endearing original homes, Old Town would not be so unique. Many of Old Town’s original homes retain the character and architectural distinctiveness of the period in which they were built. Bordered by Mahan, Magnolia, Miccosukee, and Meridian, and bisected by Hillcrest, the Old Town Neighborhood is a place where kids in every grade can walk to school and from which you can be almost anywhere in town in just minutes!



You'll be provided with your door code 24 hours before your check-in. You'll park in the middle space in the carport (easiest one to pull in and out of) and enter the side of the home with your door panel code. You'll enter the laundry area and there is a locked door directly in front of you. The same code will open that panel. Go up the stairs and you'll enter the apartment.

We want you to be comfortable and cozy during your stay!
Enjoy your meals at the dining room table with a beautiful view of Old Town.
There is a queen bed in the bedroom and the sofa pulls out to a double bed.
You'll find toiletries in the bathroom.
We have a variety of spices/oil for cooking you're welcome to use.
Outside is a grill and outdoor seating.

While Tallahassee isn't known for its public transportation, you're walking distance to the hospital and several great restaurants in the area. There is a bus stop nearby, and Ubers are plentiful!
