Our house is located in a serene, quiet spot in the Smokies overlooking Watauga Lake. We are near Sugar Hollow wedding and events venue, Villa Nove Vineyards, a distillery and marinas.

The area is very private on 19 acres and frequently visited by deer and other wildlife.
