Hill Top Hideaway is a stunning 4,500-square-foot lakefront home located on Watauga Lake in Butler, Tennessee. The property offers plenty of space and amenities for a relaxing getaway.
This beautiful home features three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, two fully stocked kitchens (complete with pots, pans, and essentials), a finished basement, and a garage.
Upstairs, you’ll find two queen bedrooms that share a bathroom, and a master bedroom with a king bed, jetted tub, and shower. All linens and towels are provided for your convenience.
In the basement, there are full-size bunk beds and an additional king bed—please note that there is no bathroom in the basement.
Enjoy the large front porch on the main level and make use of both a charcoal grill and gas grill during your stay. The property is lakefront, but please note: the house sits on a hill, and the dock and fire pit are located across a small, unmarked road.
Guests have access to 2 kayaks, 1 canoe, and a paddleboard. At the covered dock (reserved exclusively for renters), you’ll also find a gas grill and a refrigerator.
If you’re bringing a boat, the closest launch site is Little Milligan Boat Ramp. Boat rentals are available at Fish Springs Marina and Lakeshore Marina.
Important notes:
• If you’re visiting in the winter, a 4-wheel drive vehicle is strongly recommended.
• The house is located about an hour from ski slopes.
• Nightly rate: $425
• Security deposit: $200
• Cleaning fee: $200
• Pet fee: $200 (non-refundable; max 2 dogs under 60 lbs)
This home accommodates up to 10 guests. Weddings and large events are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors—there is a no-wake zone in the cove.
Heads up: There is no cell service or landline at the property. The only communication available is through the Wi-Fi connection, so please keep your GPS on to navigate your way to the home. We live in an area without traditional phone service—thank you for understanding!

Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
But all trash in the large trash cans in garage . We will take it off . Thanks !
