Our newly renovated townhouse in the popular community of Campo Olivar in Els Poblets offers you the perfect holiday with your family. The property is split over two floors, on the lower main floor you will find a bright and modern furnished living room with hot/cold air conditioning and a wood burning fireplace for those cold winters, next to this is the newly fitted and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, toaster, fridge freezer, kettle, induction hob and oven, and of course full cutlery and plate set. There is also a small laundry room tucked away just off the kitchen with a washing machine, ironing board, iron and clothes horse. There is also a small shower room downstairs. The upper floor is reached by an internal staircase with approx. 17 steps and there are the 3 bedrooms, two of them are equipped with a double bed each 1,80 mx 2,00m and the third bedroom has a sofa bed (ideal for children), we recommend the house for a maximum of 4 adults and 1-2 small children. All bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioners in mint condition. Upstairs you will also find the second larger shower room. To top it off, you have a great and wind protected communal pool with manicured lawns and palm trees stock.

All prices plus electricity according to consumption at 0,30 €/kWh.
On the day of your arrival we will go with you to the electricity meter and we will write down the reading and on the day of departure the same.
Internet is available free of charge.
We would like to inform you that all reservations do not include bed linen and towels. We offer an additional (optional) service for bed linen and towels for only 20 € / person. We are also happy to offer additional pool towels for 10 € extra.
A deposit of 200 € by cash/card must be paid as well.
If you bring your little dog you should know that there is an extra cleaning fee of 50 €.
