Great place! Wonderful location with lots of amenities nearby (ie restaurants, bakery, huge park). The unit was clean and well maintained. Host was very communicative. Especially convenient for extended families looking for a great place to stay in western springs.

The house offers the best of both worlds. A relaxing community and sanctuary less than 30 minutes to downtown Chicago. The space was very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend if you’re looking to stay in the Chicago area and you don’t want to be in the city. This is the home for you.

The townhouse was sparkling clean. No chemical laundry fragrance smell in any of the linens. Just pure luxury. The beds and couches were very comfortable. Very thoughtful accommodations. Wonderful location close to downtown. Everything within walking distance. Very communicative host. Precise instructions. Would definitely stay again.

Although we unfortunately didn’t get the opportunity to stay at Tal’s property due to an unprecedented storm and a rare, widespread power outage, I still wanted to leave a review because the level of care and hospitality we experienced was exceptional.From the moment the power outage became an issue, Tal communicated with us promptly and consistently. Knowing we were travelling with two young children and my elderly parents, he went above and beyond to ensure our family was safe and comfortable. He arranged a nearby hotel for us, making sure everything was organized before we even arrived after a long, exhausting journey to Chicago during some incredibly severe storms.Throughout the entire experience, Tal kept us informed every step of the way and genuinely cared about how we were doing, checking in on us the following day to make sure we were all okay. His kindness, professionalism, and compassion turned what could have been a very stressful situation into one where we felt completely supported.Sadly, because the power outage continued, we ultimately had to find alternative accommodation for the remainder of our stay. However, thanks to Tal’s outstanding efforts and the way he treated our family, we would absolutely look to book this property again on a future trip.Thank you, Tal, for your incredible hospitality and for going so far above and beyond. Hosts like you are truly rare, and we are very grateful.
