Please shower before using the hot tub. If the hot tub is left excessively dirty a cleaning fee of up to $400 may be charged.
Please do not tamper with the security system. The system is professionally monitored and is only armed while the property is vacant between guests.
If anything breaks or isn’t working properly, please let us know as soon as possible. We completely understand that accidents happen.
