Shop 200 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Saint-Raphaël Valescure" 12 km, sandy beach 200 m, diving center 900 m. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km. Hiking paths: L'Estérel. Please note: no lift. Residence with electric gates. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Port-Fréjus.
1-room studio 30 m2 on 1st floor. Object suitable for 2 adults + 2 children. Practical furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. Entrance hall with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Small, open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Terrace 6 m2, south-west facing position. Terrace furniture. Very beautiful view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking space n P6. Please note: non-smokers only. TV only FR. Smoke alarm.
