Enjoy reading or bird watching from the screened in porch. Whether you’re unwinding indoors or planning your next adventure, this awesome home provides a perfect base. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place. NOTE: There is a step up from family room to the kitchen, otherwise, ranch style home.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave the house as it was. Place towels and sheets on the washer. Empty trash and replace bag. All garbage should be bagged and place in garbage cans. Departure time is before 11:00 a.m.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parties and quiet after 11:00 pm. Dogs are not allowed on the beach until after 5 pm.
