I understand there is no smoking allowed in the house. There is a fine if there is any smell or evidence of smoking including vaping, tobacco, marijuana, and water pipes inside the house.

I understand furniture should not be moved.

I understand there are no parties or events allowed. All visitors must be disclosed and approved by host before the check in date.

I understand that quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM

I understand that the regular pet fee is $125 per pet, and a maximum of 2 pets total. There will be an additional fine if we discover more than two pets on the property. Undisclosed pets will incur a $250 per pet fee.

I Understand the Indoor Fireplace is not for use.

I understand the Hot Tub has a maximum occupancy of 7 people.
