All the bedding was new, including the bedspreads. We was the blanket and bedspread each time, this is why we have thin quilts for bedspreads. Can you please tell me what was not clean. There is hand soap upstairs, dish soap and body wash in the showers. The hand soap by the downstairs sink was low, I've asked the cleaning crew to be sure and top it off each time. The house is large and sleeps 10. We are sorry it did not met your expectations.
