My check-in experience was terrible. I was to gain access at 4pm and never got in until much later. I lost groceries due to not being able to get in at 4 and had dinner reservations at 4:30 so I had to leave my groceries in the car for hours and they went bad. The management company was NOT HELPFUL at all I really want to be compensated for the loss of my food and late check in.
