About the apartment:
Apartment 1.7 is located on the ground floor and features a terrace. The living room features cosy double recliners with reading lamps. The kitchen and dining area are integrated into the living space. The bedroom is equipped with a Swiss-Sense double box-spring bed at a comfortable height and a wall-mounted TV. The bathroom features an accessible shower/toilet and a sauna with a colour light system. There is a storage room in the apartment. Underfloor heating is installed throughout the apartment. You can access the south-facing terrace from both the living room and the bedroom. The apartment has an intercom system with a camera. In the basement, you’ll find a washing machine and dryer (for a fee), a storage room for bicycles, and a shared fitness room. There is an lift in the building. Next to the building, you’ll find another lockable bicycle storage room and a small playground for our younger guests.
The apartment comes with a parking space directly next to the building.
1 pet (please keep it under supervision at all times inside the apartment) upon request.

The rates for our holiday apartments always apply to stays of 7 nights or more; for stays of fewer than 7 nights, a short-stay surcharge applies.

Pets are welcome in some apartments upon request. Extra beds are available in some apartments for a fee.
